I built a workflow that collects network monitoring data and sends alerts and reports to Telegram. I test and maintain it alongside daily IT support.

01 / Context
Monitoring across three sites
I use PRTG to monitor servers, network devices and critical services across three sites. With IT support also on my desk, I wanted monitoring information available in Telegram.
02 / Contribution
Building and testing the workflow
I built custom scripts and bots to collect monitoring data and deliver alerts and reports. AI agents helped with coding and debugging; I divided the tasks, integrated their outputs and tested the complete workflow.
The running workflow also uses AI-assisted analysis and reporting. I maintain the code and follow up on the monitoring information it produces.

Used in daily IT operations
The workflow is in daily use at work. Its scope is monitoring, notifications and reporting; incident investigation and follow-up remain part of my IT responsibilities.
